1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using K-Coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
By using this App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
2. Medical Disclaimer
Important: K-Coach is a tool for pelvic floor muscle training. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID or Google Play Store account.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to stop providing the App or updates at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall K-Coach or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
